Citrus Chia Camp Delight Directions
- In a small plastic container, combine 0.75 cup (6 oz) orange juice (from a juice box), 3 tbsp chia seeds, and 2 packets of Sugar Twin (or sweetener of choice). Stir well.
- Seal the container and let it sit for 6 hours (or longer) at ambient temperature, shaking occasionally if possible, until the chia thickens into a pudding consistency.
- Peel and cut 4 orange segments into bite-sized pieces.
- Once thickened, stir the pudding, top with the orange pieces, and sprinkle with your choice of 1 tbsp shredded coconut, 1 tbsp chopped almonds, or 1 tbsp chopped walnuts.
- Serve cold directly from the container—no cooking is needed!
